What are the specialised course options offered by AMS?

Aeronautical Science (flying programme)
Airport & Airline



What does each course option cover?

Unlike other courses, our Aeronautical Science Option covers a comprehensive flying programme to prepare students for the Private Pilot License and a further theory programme to equip our stuents to acquire the Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
The Airport and Airline Option focuses on Airport and Airline operations and Airspace Management.


What are the requirements for the Aeronautical Science option?

Students have to meet the minimum academic and medical requirements, and may be required to undergo an aptitude assessment.


What are the medical requirements for Aeronautical Science option?

Students should have an eyesight of less than 500 degree per eye, correctable to 6/9 and must not be colour blind. They would also be required to pass medical and aptitude tests.


What is the cost of the Aeronautical Science option?

The cost of the Aeronautical Science option has not been finalised. However, the programme is heavily subsidised by the school and students will only need to bear a small amount.
